FOR NON-QUALITY PROBLEM
- Orders signed within 7 days:
We provide "7 Days No Reason Return/Exchange"
If you simply don't like the products you can return them for free and get a full refund (not including shipping fee in the order). In this condition, you need to pay the return shipping fee. If you would like to exchange the item for a different size or different type, you still need to cover the shipping fee for returning the item, as soon as we receive buyer's email which includes the photo of shipment & tracking number, we will immediately resend the requested item at once.
If you don't like to return the items, you can choose to retain the products and pay half the price to get another size or pattern. (please note the price changes of this product).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
