If you don’t get your package 60 days after it was shipped, please contact us at support@moeenergy.com. We’ll resent a new one to the customer.

4 kinds of shipping service are available at Moe Energy.

• Insurance Shipping $2.99 (Free For Orders Over $35)
  
• Standard Shipping $15.00  (Free For Orders Over $80)
• Express Shipping  $30.00  (Free For Orders Over $150)
• Super Express    $50.00   (Free For Orders Over $200)

These 4 shipping channels are 100% Delivery & Insurance, also they support the inquiry service,  so the customer can track the package's status at any time. The customer shall receive a reshipment if the package has been out of track beyond a certain period.

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time 
(not including customs delays, weekends, holidays and any unforeseen circumstances)

[ Order Tracking ]

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding information.You can go to this site to track your order. Please allow 48 hours for tracking update to be available.

[ Missing Package ]

If you don’t get your package 60 days after it was shipped (and in the case that the logistics have not been updated for more than 30 days), please contact us at support@moeenergy.com. We’ll resent a new one to the customer.

If the package does not arrive within 60 days but there is updated tracking info within the last 30 days, we will refund 30% of the amount as compensation for the delay. If it still does not arrive within the next 30 days, we will either resend a new one or issue the other 70% refund to the customer.

Please be noticed that if the package shows delivered, then the order is in completion, and the responsibility lies in the local post office. We can only reissue the goods or refund only when the package is out of tracking.
